Lee County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Direct each request to the government office that keeps the record or handles the service.
Choose the Office That Holds the Record
For a Lee County Jail booking record, photo request, or custody-related question, start with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office public-information page. Requests may be mailed, faxed, or emailed, and should be narrow, specific, and directed to the records custodian.

The jail is a continuous custody facility, but the published office hours do not promise a records-response time. No Lee County-specific copy, photo, or production schedule was verified in the sources reviewed. Ask the records custodian for an estimate and whether a digital copy is available.
Court and county files are separate from jail booking records. For district-court matters, contact District Clerk Katie Jenke, P.O. Box 176, 289 South Main, Giddings, TX 78942, 979-542-2947, district.clerk@co.lee.tx.us. The published 2024 fee schedule lists a $5.00 name search. For county-clerk records, contact Sharon Blasig, P.O. Box 419, 843 E. Industry, Giddings, TX 78942, 979-542-3684, sharon.blasig@co.lee.tx.us. Neither office replaces LCSO as the custodian of a jail booking record.
- For a mugshot, booking record, roster status, or a recent Lee County booking, use the home page to identify the official LCSO path and request options.
- For a wanted listing or a warrant-related question, see Wanted Fugitives. Do not approach a person on a wanted notice; use LCSO’s published contact or the official tip route.
- For weekly public-safety reporting, use Arrest News. A weekly report is not a complete live booking feed or a current-custody confirmation.
- For a city-originated record, review Giddings Busted Mugshots or Lexington Busted Mugshots. The Giddings Police Department and the Lexington Police Department are the official city contacts for their own incident records; an arrest accepted into county custody follows the LCSO path.
- For someone sentenced to Texas state prison, use the official Texas Department of Criminal Justice offender search.
- For federal or immigration detention, use the official Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator. Those systems do not establish Lee County Jail custody.
